off to Uxmal tomorrow

I´ll be gone to Uxmal tomorrow, it´s a spectacular archeological site. I am sure that I´ll have a good report. In the meantime, I have to learn to make my own gazpacho when I return, I´ve made it before but it´s not great. Foodies to the rescue, por favor.
