BBQ in Memphis

I ate at Corky's BBQ in Memphis this past weekend. We ordered too much food, which is a big surprise to all. Items included the appetizer of a smoked sausage and cheese plate, onion loaf, dry ribs, and a loaded baked potato with pulled pork in it. There was a signed photo of Bill Clinton in the entrance along with a wide range of other famous fans of the BBQ.
